At Laforet Harajuku, 2F EXO CBX POPUP STORE and 1F front entrance EXO CBX Original drink section, it will be very crowded on the day, so please read the notes below before coming.
 
[Notes when lining up in a line]
・ If it is crowded before opening, you will be guided at the front entrance of Laforet Harajuku and will be lined up. Depending on the congestion situation, numbered tickets may be distributed.
・ Please note that the 2nd floor POPUP STORE and the 1st floor original drink counter have different waiting queues, so they cannot be lined up at the same time.
・ Please note that in the event of congestion after the opening hours, rearranged tickets may be distributed near the entrance of the POPUP STORE venue and the entrance of the 1F original sales floor without prior notice.
・ Distribution of numbered tickets will end as soon as the scheduled number is reached.
・ The numbered ticket will specify the scheduled time of the guide and the number assigned to each hour.
・ One numbered ticket can be used by one person only. If you are using more than one person, please be sure to come with your companion.
・ Awaiting or lining up near the venue from late night / early morning will inconvenience other customers, so it is prohibited.
・ Please understand and cooperate with the instructions from the staff to prevent accidents and confusion.
・ If you do not observe the manners, entry and sales may be refused to certain customers at the discretion of the organizer.

[Precautions when purchasing products]
・ Up to 3 cups per person per transaction.
・ In the clear bottle set and clear bottle carry-in sales, drinks are sold by pouring into clear bottles. Please note that the original cup and straw tag are not attached.
・ We cannot sell only clear bottles at the drink section.
Please purchase the clear bottle only at the EXO CBX POP UP STORE venue.
・ When providing drinks to the clear bottle brought in,
We will not be responsible for dirt, so please bring it thoroughly after sanitation.
