* If a winning card is included in the trading card envelope, it will be exchanged for a luxury prize.
* Win cards and prizes can only be exchanged on the day of the event. Please note that we will not be able to respond to reports at a later date.
* The special award “Meet & Greet” will be conducted at the same time as the “Meet & Greet” held at by drawing lots for CD sales.
* The autographed pamphlet is the autographed member's signature on the pamphlet sold as goods.
* We will not be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the number of prizes.

■ Participation conditions ■
* On the day, only the person who has a EXO-L-JAPAN membership card can participate.
(Even if you bring a membership card other than your own name, you can not participate.)
(Persons whose expiration date has expired cannot participate.)
* If you have newly registered at the venue, you can participate on the spot.
(You can participate in the by drawing lots meeting only on the day of enrollment. Subsequent performances will be available after your membership number is issued.)

■ Notes ■
* Participation other than the name of the person is refused.
* One participation is possible per performance per member number.
(If you attend more than one performance, you can participate on each performance day.)
* Only one ticket can be exchanged at one reception. by drawing lots cannot be performed more than once.
* Participation in the by drawing lots meeting will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and will end as soon as the prize runs out.
* Those who have expired cannot participate.
* Please note that new members who are not in the venue cannot participate in the by drawing lots meeting until their membership number is issued.
* Even if you do not have a performance ticket, you can participate. (Please note that some venues require tickets after opening.)
* If you have joined at the venue, you can participate in the by drawing lots meeting only on the day of joining. Subsequent performances will be available after your membership number is issued.
* The opening time of Fan Club Booth is scheduled to be the same time as the sale of goods.
 
■ If you have not received your membership card or lost it.
If you have not received or lost your membership card, you can participate in the by drawing lots meeting by presenting your digital membership card.
* Digital membership card is compatible with PC, smartphone and mobile. If you display it on a PC, print out the screen and bring it with you.
To display your digital membership card, you will need your membership number and password registered at EXO-L-JAPAN.
If you forget your membership number or password, you will not be able to do so at the venue on the day of the event.
* Depending on the time, there may be times when it is difficult to connect to the site. Please save the digital membership card image in advance.

* Meet & Greet meeting times and meeting locations will be announced only to the winners.
* Please note that if you are late for the set time, you will not be able to participate and the winning will be invalidated.
* Please note that the number of people invited to Meet & Greet on the day may change.
* Even if you do not have a performance ticket on the day, if you win, you can participate in Meet & Greet.
* Meet & Greet will be conducted with "any member", not all members.
* Meet & Greet will be held after the end of the show, but the start time may be changed immediately depending on the situation on the day.
* Please note that the Meet & Greet participation ticket will not be reissued in any case (including loss or theft).
* Meet & Greet participation tickets are valid only for the performance on the day of handing over. Please note that it cannot be used for other performances.
* Meet & Greet participation tickets will be collected at the time of participation. Please note that it cannot be returned.
* Reselling, copying, and counterfeiting of Meet & Greet participation tickets are strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained by resale are invalid.
* Meet & Greet is only for participants. Under no circumstances can a companion participate.
* Meet & Greet will be conducted after the live performance, but depending on the situation on the day, it may be delayed. Transportation and lodging expenses cannot be guaranteed if they are late.
* There is a possibility of shooting “Meet & Greet” patterns on the day. Please note.
* In the case of Meet & Greet, please be sure not to hold your ring, luggage, support goods, etc. in your hand.
* Recording, video recording and shooting with mobile phones and video cameras are prohibited.
* On the day of the event, there is a possibility that the content of the event will be changed or canceled due to various circumstances.
