■ Reservation method

Reservations will be accepted on a daily basis (information on the reservation site will be lifted), and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from 13:00 to 23:59 the day before the desired admission date.

(Example)

If you would like to make a reservation for 14:00 (Tue) 14:00

→ The ban on the admission ticket reservation site will be lifted at 13:00 on January 29 (Monday).

→ We accept reservations for the period from 1/29 (Monday) 13:00 to 23:59.

■ Admission ticket reservation site

 

・ Admission ticket advance reservation (hour system) is required. Customers who do not have an admission ticket will not be able to enter even if they visit the store. Please note that even if you make a reservation in advance, you will be refused admission if you do not bring your admission ticket on the day of admission.

・ Reservations for admission tickets can be made in two ways: (1) WEB reception (only credit card payment is possible, various store pick-ups are available) and (2) store reception (Ticket PIA and convenience store counters).

・ The number of tickets that can be reserved is limited to 1 frame per person per day and 2 frames per day.

・ Cannot be canceled (cancelled) after the admission ticket is issued. Please apply after confirming in advance.

・ Admission tickets are free, but a separate fee is required. (Settlement fee ¥ 216, ticketing fee ¥ 108) This is the responsibility of the customer.

・ Admission tickets will be collected upon admission.

・ Only one person can enter the admission ticket. Admission tickets are required from 3 years old.

・ If you are unable to come to the store within the admission time indicated on the admission ticket, the admission ticket will be invalid and will be refused admission for any reason. In addition, we will not reissue if you lose your admission ticket.

・ Standing and line-up in the vicinity of the venue from late at night or early in the morning will be annoying to nearby stores. Also, viewing near the store and trade (exchange) meetings are prohibited.
