*Applications are accepted from 15:00 on Friday, November 8, 2019.
*As of July 31, 2019 we stopped services for feature phones to improve the security and safety of customer information. Ticket applications will he available using a feature phone, but to enter the venue you will need to present an electronic ticket (QR code) with a smartphone or tablet.​ ​

Electronic Ticket (QR code)
*You are required to present your electronic ticket (QR code) on a smartphone or tablet to enter.
Print outs and screen shots of the QR code are not accepted and may be denied entry into the event.
*Please note the electronic ticket (QR code) may not be available on a feature phone, and thus may be unable to enter.
*The QR code will be issued at 15:00, 3 days before the corresponding event date, and you will be able to check your seat number beginning 2 hours before the performance as well as the status of your application from the "Display Electronic Ticket" page.
*Please present your ticket as well as the ticket for anyone accompanying you together when entering the venue.
You can enter separately as long as the ticket is shared with you from the purchaser. Please note anyone accompanying also needs to present their ticket.
