EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon in JAPAN" EXO-L-JAPAN The details of the "Premium Seat" upgrade by drawing lots for those who have purchased tickets for this performance through the fastest ticket delivery or the second ticket delivery EXO-L-JAPAN are now available.
 
Upgrade by drawing lots will be available for members who have applied for "All Seats Reserved" at EXO-L-JAPAN Fastest Ticket First and EXO-L-JAPAN Second Ticket First, and who have been selected and paid for the tickets.
If you apply for and receive an upgrade from "All Reserved Seats" at by drawing lots, you will be charged the difference of ¥10,000 (tax included) per ticket.
EXO-L-JAPAN Those who have purchased "All Seats Reserved" tickets through other than the Fastest Ticket First and EXO-L-JAPAN Second Ticket First will not be able to apply for "Premium Seats".
 
Upgrades by drawing lots can only be applied for with the number of tickets purchased through EXO-L-JAPAN Fastest Ticket First and EXO-L-JAPAN Second Ticket First. It is not possible to upgrade only a part of the number of tickets.

*Tickets can only be picked up on the device with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS ticket issuance) field of your customer information when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance, as you will not be able to receive tickets using a different mobile phone number. There is no problem with changing your phone model while keeping the same phone number.
