■ About admission on the day ■

[Caution / Must-read !!!] ~ Notice and request for countermeasures against illegal transfer / resale of tickets ~

We will adopt paper ticketless as a measure to prevent unauthorized transfer and resale of tickets.
(* Payment certificate issued by LAWSON or Ministop at the time of deposit is not an event ticket.)
Seat numbers will be issued at the venue on the day of the performance, so seats cannot be confirmed until the day.
Also, at the event of the day, please bring your fan club membership card, photo ID and bring it on the day of the performance at the time of entrance.

○ Basic Resident Register Card with Photo (Basic Resident Register Card HP)

○ Handbook for persons with disabilities
○ Credit card with face photo
○ Student ID card
* Only available with a face photo. Handwritten names are not allowed.

○ MUSIC NATION SMTOWN PASSPORT
○ Health insurance card
○ Transcript of family register, copy of resident's card
○ Taspo
○ Employee ID
○ Student ID card (without face photo, handwritten name)
○ Utility bill payment certificate

If you do not have a membership card and photo ID, or if you cannot verify your identity, we will refuse admission.
In addition, entrance will be refused if the visitor who applied is different from the visitor.
Only the elected person can participate. Please note that no transfer is possible.

* If your ID is different from your membership information, there is a possibility that your ticket will be issued after confirming your identity even if it is a public ID. Please be forewarned.
(Example: Passport name is written in English, member registration information is in Japanese, etc.)

[Flow until entry]
(1) Please present your fan club membership card and photo ID to the staff to confirm your identity.
* Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff at the venue.
(2) If it is confirmed that you are the person in question, we will keep your fan club membership card and a staff will hold it over the dedicated terminal.
You will receive a sheet with seat information and a fan club membership card.
(3) Please bring a sheet with the issued seat information and enter at the venue.
* Since seat information will not be reissued, please take it with you until the end of the show.

Immediately before the start, the seat exchange is very crowded.
Thank you for your cooperation so that you have time to spare.
Ticketing is possible without the representative and accompanying person.
However, tickets cannot be issued by anyone other than the person.
Tickets cannot be issued for companions at the same time.
We will confirm the identity of each person.

[Notes on arrival]
Admission to the venue is strictly prohibited in the following cases.
We will not refund the ticket price for any reason.
・ If you did not bring your fan club membership card
・ If you did not bring your photo ID
・ If you have a transfer, resale, loan, grant, or forged photo ID
・ If you cannot verify your identity
・ If you cannot obtain the consent of the organizer
In addition, entrance is refused if the customer who applied is different from the visitor.
・ Please refrain from entering in uniforms.
