＜ Prohibition of chasing and waiting actions ＞
・Prohibition of chasing by transportation, car or motorcycle
The act of chasing EXO 's car, etc. may cause an accident involving ordinary customers. In addition, it is extremely annoying, so please do not stop it.

・Prohibition of waiting at transportation/facility (airport, hotel, etc.)
If you are waiting at general transportation facilities such as airports or hotels or at various facilities, accidents involving general customers unrelated to EXO may occur. Also, it is extremely annoying, so please stop it.

＜ About bringing support goods to the tour venue ＞
In principle, we do not allow customers to bring in support goods (penlights, flags, character boards, etc.) regardless of whether they are self-made or commercially available.
However, it is possible to bring the items into the venue only in the following cases.
(1) EXO Official merchandise sold at the live venue held in Japan
(2) At the height of your chest, you can hold it in your hand and support it.

* As for (2), it is annoying to the passengers in the back during the performance, so you cannot use it with a fan above the height of your chest.
In addition, we are prohibited from bringing in support goods that use images of artists.

On the day of the performance, if you have goods that do not meet the conditions that you can bring in, the staff will keep them at the entrance. (We will return it after the performance.)
Please use carry-on goods within the range that does not disturb other customers.

Please note that if you do not comply with the above, we may restrict entry or leave the venue on the way, at the discretion of the organizer.

In addition, there are people who produce, sell and distribute goods that use the logo of “EXO” or the images of artists without permission, but this is not official (official) goods. I don't care. Some people may confuse it with the official one, so please refrain from making, selling, or distributing it.

＜ About viewing at the venue ＞
During the performance, please do not move your seat or standing position or move forward. If any one person moves his or her seat or standing position, it will not only annoy other people, but also cause an injury or a serious accident.
Let's absolutely stop.
 
<About shooting, recording and recording>
It is forbidden by law to shoot, record, or record on-site during opening or performance. If you shoot, record, or record, you will be left even during the performance. In addition, we may disclose personal information when we receive a formal inquiry based on the law from a public institution such as a court or police station.
If you find a person who is committing a violation near you, please contact the staff on the spot. Even if you tell us after the performance, it may be difficult to respond.
Be sure to follow the instructions of the staff. The organizer cannot take any responsibility in the event of confusion or accidents as a result of not following the instructions. The camera will be checked at the entrance on the day. We will also check the binoculars and opera glasses at the same time, so if you have one, please leave it to the staff at the entrance for a smooth check.
In addition, recently, there is a malicious vendor who sells illegally taken pictures with a camera outside the station and around the station. This product is an illegal product that has not been officially licensed, so please refrain from purchasing. The organizer also takes measures such as sending it to the police, but since there are people who purchase it, we can not prevent illegal acts, so please cooperate.

＜ Regarding customer-specific support plans ＞
In some cases, customers are calling for their own plans within the event.
Please do not stop it as it may interfere with the performance of the performance.
If it is too bad, there is a possibility that the performance will be suspended or canceled. Please note.

*If the above precautions are not followed, those persons will not be allowed to leave the venue or enter the venue on the spot, and Official Fan Club members will be revoked from the fan club rights. Please note that there is a possibility. Even if you are not a party, please note that the same procedure will be applied to those who originally purchased the seat/fan club members.

■We do not receive letters or presents to members at concert venues.
Please send letters and gifts to the members below. We apologize for the inconvenience, as it will take some time for the gifts to reach the members, but please refrain from presenting food and drink.
