This performance will be directed using the latest system.

Be sure to sit down on your own seat, and you can enjoy the performance of the penlight integrated with the venue.

Please check the following notes.

 

1, Remove the wireless control penlight from the package and remove the battery discharge prevention film.

2.If you bring the “wireless control penlight” used in the performance,
We recommend that you replace the batteries with new ones. (* Please be sure to replace all batteries when replacing)

3. Press the button and check if it lights up normally. If not, the batteries are

Once you have the above preparations, bring your ticket and "wireless control penlight" at hand,
Please proceed to the admission line and follow the steps below.

* If you do not set the "wireless control penlight", please bring only the "ticket" and proceed to the entrance line.

 

1. Please give the "wireless control penlight" and the ticket to the staff at the entrance.

2. After the ticket is confirmed and the "Wireless Control Penlight" shines in the designated color, please proceed to the venue as it is.

(* If the specified color does not shine, we will guide you to the penlight support center)

 

* Customers who use EXO Official Penlight Ver.
Remove and reinsert one battery.

* After the penlight setting is completed, the operation is strange or during the performance, the directing and operation of the surroundings are clearly

In addition, we will set up a pre-setting reception desk for each performance and penlight, so please cooperate with the penlight pre-setting before opening.
